The Wethersfield Citizen Recognition Committee invites nominations for the Spirit of Wethersfield Award. This will be awarded to an individual who exemplifies a positive influence in the community. Recipients of this award demonstrate kindness, support, and active engagement in making Wethersfield a better place to live, inspiring others through their dedication, generosity, and community spirit.
Residents are encouraged to submit award nominations for a resident, business owner or other individual who deserve recognition for demonstrating a positive attitude, friendliness, and encompass the cheerfulness of our community. Written nominations should include the following information:
1. Example(s) of how the nominee's attitude or personality fits the Spirit of Wethersfield definition and how they make our community a better place to live.
The Spirit of Wethersfield Award will be announced at an event to be determined later. The recipient(s) will receive an award for their contribution to our community.
