Wethersfield is officially a Sister City with Stari Grad Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, following the signing of the agreement by Mayor Ken Lesser and Municipal Mayor Irfan Cengić at last night’s council meeting. Our goal is to build an educational, cultural, and economic partnership between our two towns. We share many similarities, and we’re excited to collaborate in support of our mutual interests. It was a pleasure hosting our friends from Bosnia, and we look forward to strengthening this relationship in the years ahead.
